Holiday Magic

As I write this, I cannot believe that another year is drawing to a close and the year 2015 is almost here.

I had such an amazing year photographing so many beautiful weddings, e-essions and life events. I can’t say enough how thankful I am for all of my clients. Thank you for choosing me to capture the most beautiful moments in your life. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with each and every one of you 🙂
I promise I will post some of my latest work from the 2014 season as soon as I am able.

In the meantime, I am wrapping up for the holidays and preparing to close up shop and spend some much needed time with my family.

It has been a difficult couple of months for us. But don’t worry, there is a very happy ending to it all 🙂
Magy was pregnant with our second child (a boy!) and unfortunately experienced some very serious pregnancy complications. Due to this she was in and out of the hospital since September.
It was a very stressful time for us. After many, many, many rounds of being admitted, then discharged, she was eventually put on strict bed rest and remained in the hospital to wait out the rest of her pregnancy.
Our son eventually came 5 weeks early via cesarian section. Although 5 weeks early he weighed almost 6 pounds and didn’t spend more than 5 days in the NICU. Hooray!
We named him Leo, Martin Olszewski. The name is quite fitting as he is our strong little lion 🙂

Magy and Leo finally came home on December 1st and both are doing really well 🙂 🙂 🙂 It’s definitely the greatest gift I could have asked for this Christmas. And the best part is that Eden LOVES her little baby brother. She’s already such an amazing big sister.

So, as I reflect on the stressful, and at times very scary moments that we endured, I can’t help but feel so blessed because we now have a beautiful healthy baby boy and an amazing, bright, spunky 2 year old girl. I consider myself and Magy very lucky.

So, on that note, I’d like to extend my warmest wishes to you and your loved ones.
Whatever is beautiful,
Whatever is meaningful,
Whatever brings you happiness…
May it be yours this Holiday Season
and throughout the coming year!

See you in 2015!
